Operation Overview
Sensly runs on a secure cloud infrastructure and is accessible through any modern web browser.
- Hosted in a secure data center with reliable high-speed connectivity.
- Administrators can configure projects, access rights, dashboards, reports, graphs and sensor alarms.
- Live data is typically collected via site dataloggers and transmitted automatically to the Sensly platform.
- Manual data entry is also possible via web browsers.
Once the data is received, Sensly automatically scans the incoming data for alarm conditions, sends out notifications via email or SMS when thresholds are exceeded, stores the data in a dedicated project database and finally processes data and publishes the results immediately.
Users can log on and instantly access up-to-date graphs, dashboards and reports. Sensly effectively solves two critical challenges in monitoring systems: timely processing of data and efficient distribution of results.

Sensly stores raw data in the database and presents calibrated results on-the-fly ensuring that the information is always up to date. The platform stores raw data while dynamically applying calibrations, ensuring all results are current and up to date. Any updates to calculations or raw inputs are reflected immediately.

- Sensor setup fees will be invoiced at time of setup.
- Customers are invoiced quarterly in advance based on the agreed maximum number of sensors.
- Each sensor includes 4 SMS alerts per month.
- Additional SMS alerts will be invoiced retroactively in lots of 100 SMS alerts.
- Technical support is included with the quarterly fees.
- On request, customizations, additional sensor setups and other modifications services can be provided and will be invoiced separately at an agreed hourly rate.
