Field Classification Tester

The field classification tester has a 4 1/4 in (10.8 cm) dial face with graduations in pounds and kilograms, and a maximum load pointer. One common application is the testing of a trimmed portion of a split spoon sample taken during drilling operations. The testing capacity is 350 lb. with an accuracy of ±1%. The body is made from cast aluminum, with the base plate drilled for bench mounting.
